Jessica Simpson Engaged Nearly Five

Jessica Simpson is ready to get married again this time to American football player Eric Johnson Simpson 30 whose short lived marriage to boy band star Nick Lachey was chronicled in the TV reality show Newlyweds is engaged to Johnson US celebrity magazines said on Sunday.


Asked if Johnson were the one she replied I never go to that because I already went there so I m not gonna jinx myself he's the one for me right now I m very happy I m in a great place and if right now could last forever I'd take it.


The announcement comes less than two weeks after Jessica Simpson's former husband and Newlyweds co star Nick Lachey announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo.

The singer 30 became engaged to beau Eric Johnson on Thursday just days after Us broke the news that her ex husband Nick Lachey popped the question to Vanessa Minnillo his love of nearly five years. Simpson and Lachey 37, split after three years of marriage.
